Desa Dunia Beda can be reached first by car, in about 40 minutes, by driving from Selaparang airport located in Mataram, the Lombok Capital, to the Private Harbour of Teluk Kodek located near Bangsal.
Our private boat will then safely bring you to our resort on Gili Trawangan in approximately 30 minutes.

The environmentally friendly wooden “Joglo” houses were designed and built in Yogyakarta, in Java, and then transported by boat to Gili Trawangan to be reconstructed on site. Each Joglo is lovingly furnished with hand-carved antique tables, screens, cupboards, ornate mirrors and primitive artifacts. Open-weave lamps cast intricate patterns over everything. Some of the villas boast magnificent four-poster beds, built into the beams within the central funnel of the roof. A set of antique double doors leads into a sunny bathroom at the back, offering total open-air privacy, partially sheltered by a roof.
